We have our 2025 E.D.G.E Graduate Programme, our 2025 Finesse Graduate Programme and our 2025 Elevator Graduate Programme and encourage students to learn more about these programmes using the hyperlinks.

  • E.D.G.E is designed to fast-track graduates to the role of Cluster Revenue Manager in 15 months. This programme equips participants with the expertise and insights needed to excel in Revenue Management. 2025 E.D.G.E Graduate Programme - Apply here!
  • Elevator is designed to fast-track graduates to the role of Hotel General Manager. This programme offers two 9-month international placements, providing a unique opportunity to gain comprehensive experience in all our major hotel departments. 2025 Elevator Graduate Programme - Apply here!

  • E.D.G.E Graduate Programme: Applications close on Sunday 12th of January 2025.

We are also excited to announce the launch of our new podcast series, ‘Graduates in Hospitality’! This series of video podcasts features current and former Hilton graduates as well as senior leaders within Hilton. The ‘Graduates in Hospitality’ podcast is designed to help prospective students navigate the world of graduate programmes and provide tips for breaking into the hospitality sector.
