About Charityworks
- We place talented candidates within one of our partner charities, where our trainees work full-time in a paid 12-month job for between £24,570 - £27,000
- During the talent scheme, trainees take part in an ILM acclaimed leadership development programme, setting them up to become future leaders of the sector
- Trainees are matched with an external mentor to guide and support them throughout their placement
- As well as this, trainees produce a piece of Impact Research for their organisation, developing their independent thought with a piece of work that interests them and benefits their organisation.
